Reflective Wellbeing Journeys for Maritime Communities

A reflective wellbeing programme framework developed with maritime and seafaring contexts in mind.

Grounded Reflective Wellbeing

SafeShore is a non-clinical reflective wellbeing programme framework supporting grounding, emotional awareness, resilience and interpersonal connection through guided participant-centred practices.

Reflective Support for Life at Sea

SafeShore was originally developed with maritime and seafaring environments in mind, recognising the emotional demands, isolation, transition and interpersonal challenges often associated with life at sea and extended periods away from home environments.

The programme offers reflective, grounding and participant-centred experiences intended to support emotional awareness, resilience, interpersonal connection and moments of pause within high-demand environments.
